How do rentals work?
ReRack operates as a rental platform where you can choose your desired garment and select the rental period along with specific dates (subject to availability). Once your order is placed, we'll ship the garment to you on the start date and collect it back on the next morning of your the end date. Yes, you can absolutely reserve multiple items at once, even if their rental periods differ.
Unfortunately, we do not offer extensions on existing rentals. However, you can always re-rent the garment through our website.
In case you are unable to return the rented item on the last day of your rental, a late fee will be applicable.
All orders will be dispatched in a biodegradable plastic mailer with reusable adhesive. Please save the mailer for returning the garment to us. If you misplace it, don't worry; you can use any bag you have at home and tape it securely. The folks from Bianca ClothSpa, our luxury dry cleaning partner, will arrive at your doorstep for collection.
Your order will be delivered on the start date of your rental period, between 2 pm and 6 pm.
SIZE & FIT

We prioritize accuracy, offering product-specific measurements rather than generic size guides, ensuring a seamless rental experience. We also offer size consultations with our team, simply chat with support and book a 15-min slot with us.
Please refrain from altering or tailoring our garments on your own. Instead, request alterations at the time of renting by comparing your measurements with the product specifications. We're happy to provide minor tailoring before delivery. If you encounter fit issues after receiving your product, keep the 360-tagging seal intact and notify us within 24 hours. Our customer support team will assist you promptly with alterations or replacements.

ORDERS
You can choose your desired garment and select the rental period along with specific dates (subject to availability). Once you have your garments in your cart, you can check out using a credit card.
Once the orders are placed, cancellations are not possible. However, in case of minor amendments please get in touch with us on our support number to share your unique request, so that we can seek out the best resolution for you.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
All shipping costs for Mumbai - forward & returns are taken care of by ReRack. At the time of placing the order we charge a nominal platform fee so that we are able to cover such costs.
You will receive your order on the start date of the rental period. Our deliveries are usually made between 2 pm to 6 pm.

We understand mishaps happen. In case you’ve lost the garment bag please get in touch with support immediately to flag the issue. In most cases, you can use any clean bag you have at home and tape it securely for returns.
Please keep your garments ready for returns on the last date of the rental period. The folks from our dry cleaning partner, Bianca ClothSpa, will arrive at your doorstep for collection. Please note that if your rental period ends on a Saturday, the garments will be collected on the last day of your rental period. For rentals ending on any other day of the week, the garments will be collected in the first half of the next day after the end of your rental period.
PAYMENTS
We accept all payment methods in India.
Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available as a payment option at this time.
At the time of placing the order we will deduct the rental price for the items in your cart. After the products have been returned to our HQ and a QC check is done, in case of any major damages found, you might incur an additional cost that you’d have to pay via a payment link.
CLEANING
We prioritize the hygiene of the garments we send you. Each item is professionally dry cleaned by our luxury laundry partner, Bianca ClothSpa before dispatch to ensure your satisfaction.
We strongly recommend that you don’t wash or clean any garments yourself. We professionally engage dry cleaners from Bianca ClothSpa so that you can enjoy your rentals without having to worry about cleaning it for yourself or the reracker after you.
LOSS & DAMAGE
We understand mishaps happen, in case of any damage or loss to the item, we recommend you immediately get in touch with your support team so that adequate support can be provided from our end to swiftly resolve the issue. Minor damages are covered in your rental fee, however, if there are any major damages there will be an additional cost depending upon the nature of the same.
We request you to immediately notify the support team at ReRack. In case of loss of an item, ReRack will work out a special price for you. Instead of being liable for the MRP of the said garment, you will be expected to pay the effective ‘rack’ price of the garment - depending upon the number of rentals the garment has gone through & other conditions.
