HOW RENTALS WORK ON RERACK

- Choose your size (always check the size chart as sizes vary by the brand). If you can't find your size, tap the concierge button to start a chat with us.
- Now, select the duration - 3, 7 or 14 days. 7 and 14 days are usually for outbound travel.
- Lastly, pick dates from the calendar. Book your rental one day prior to the main event, to ensure that you're happy with the fitting and style. If you can't find your dates, tap the concierge button to start chat.
Your rental will arrive on the starting date of your selected rental period. All logistics, garment cleaning/wet cleaning costs are covered by us.

Once you receive your doorstep delivery, it's time for trials.
- Try out the garment without removing the ribbon seal. Once you're happy with the fitting, simply break the seal / cut the ribbon.
- We offer free alterations to the garment to ensure true to size fitting. Contact your support team immediately to avail
- In case you're not liking the rented items we are happy to offer a refund. For this, please ensure the ribbon seal is still intact. In case the seal is broken, we will not be able to entertain your request.

- We will collect the product(s) back from you on the last date of booking, in the first half. A late fee of INR 250/day is applicable on all missed pick-ups
- Pick-ups are covered in your rental fee. Please keep your parcel ready on time. Simply dump the rented items in the laundry bags our pick-up teams carry
- In case of any mishap, alert the customer service team and we will do our best to remedy the outfit. In case, there's any damage beyond repair then you might be liable to pay upto the MRP of the outfit. Speak to our agents to get swift assistance.

We provide a white glove service experience with every rental. If you're not happy with the rental, just ask us for a refund! We have tested and tried our rentals flow with inputs from hundreds of users, who have helped optimise our process flow. Some key benefits are called out, as under.
1. Zero deposit fee:
Instead of a refundable deposit fee which can be very expensive to put down, we charge a nominal platform fee of INR 99 per order. This fee helps us to maintain our quality and provide the best standard of service to our users.
2. Doorstep deliveries and pick-up:
Free logistical support, all charges are included in our platform fee of INR99 only per order
3. Fit assistance / refund & exchange support:
If you experience any fit issues upon receiving your product, ensure the 360 tagging seal remains unbroken, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our customer support team will swiftly guide you through the process of alterations or replacements. In case, we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund your booking amount.
4. Damage protection and care:
ReRack covers all cleaning & logistics charges in the rental fee. We strongly recommend that you do not wash or clean any garments yourself. To provide our users with the best rental experience, we have partnered up with Bianca, a high-end garment & fabric cleaning company, to ensure all garments are cleaned professionally with the best in class service.
Note: we understand mishaps happen, in case of any damage or wear/tear to the item, kindly get in touch with our support team immediately. In case the item is damaged beyond repair, you would be liable to pay upto the MRP of the rented item
